François has been a partner with OC&C since 2004 and is also the founding president of NewBridge Partners, a leader in the field of delegated executive management. After working for McKinsey, François Chaillou spent most of his consulting career as a partner with Bain & Co, whose Paris office he founded and directed. As a partner of Talisman Ltd, he led a series of LBO and company turnarounds and buy-outs in the packaging, financial information and IT sectors. He also created several Internet technology start-ups and, in recent years, developed specific industrial restructuring skills. During the last 20 years François has assisted many international groups in reconfiguring and deploying their strategy in numerous sectors, in particular industry and technology. He has led or piloted a large number of transactions or mergers and has made corporate recovery and restructuring one of his main specialities.
