Naimish has advised clients in a wide spectrum of industries including food, agri-business, engineering and consumer goods. During his 16 years as a strategy consultant in these industries, he has provided and helped implement solutions on the aspects of growth strategy, supply chain management and customer relationships. The type of assignments include restructuring the sales and distribution of India’s largest salt brand, strategy to increase share of wallet among customers of agri-inputs and simultaneously enhance loyalty, strategy for entry into the fresh produce business and growth strategy for a submersible pumps manufacturer. He is currently the member of the agri-business subcommittee of the Confederation of Indian Industries.
