Andy started consulting in 1997 and has a broad range of consulting experiences advising consumer businesses, financial services institutions and, more recently, specialising in media and marketing services organisations.
He is particularly experienced in helping traditional media owners address the structural challenges driven by technology transformation and audience fragmentation.
He couples this strategic advice with the structural, pricing and organisational recommendations to implement change hand-in-hand with his clients.
