Inflexion have retained a stake in the business (which they have held since 2015), with other investors also participating in the investment round to support the next phase of growth. OC&C have worked with Inflexion and BES throughout its investment so far providing strategy support and vendor due diligence for the business during the transaction process.
British Engineering Services provides testing, inspection and certification services to clients in the engineering sector across the UK. Services include design support, machinery and equipment inspections, materials testing and non-destructive testing to support safety, productivity and legal compliance among construction, engineering and infrastructure companies.
