We are pleased to congratulate Consilium Private Equity on its recent acquisition of a majority interest in Music Center. Founded by the Pisoni family in 1974, Music Center is a globally leading producer of components and accessories for musical instruments and has strategic partnerships with all major instrument manufacturers and specialist retailers worldwide.

The Pisoni family will retain a minority stake and will work in partnership with Consilium in a collaborative approach to continue the accelerated growth of the company.
