OC&C advises Aurelius Investments on acquisition of Footasylum

We are pleased to congratulate Aurelius Investments on their acquisition of Footasylum, the enterprise value of the transaction was approximately EUR 45m (£37.5m).

Footasylum is a leading streetwear and sportswear fashion retailer, with 63 stores across the UK. The business was founded in 2005 and is made up of seven websites (group and own brand) as well as warehouse facilities. It sells a mix of branded and own label apparel, footwear and accessories via its websites, stores and a wholesale channel. Notable third party brands include Nike, adidas, The North Face and New Balance. Aurelius will continue to support Footasylum’s growth and transformation by enhancing digitalisation, continuing to build high street presence, and further developing own brand offerings.
