Oliver has deep experience in the food and drink industries where he works for grocery retailers, leading branded and private label manufacturers and commodity businesses.

He has experience across multiple categories and across the value chain including agriculture, primary/secondary processing, food service & retail.

He has particular expertise in using a deep understanding of value chain economics, competitive cost analysis and customer insight to inform strategy development and enable performance improvement.
