Carl Evander

Carl works with our corporate and private equity clients across a wide range of B2B sectors, helping guide them through their most challenging problems across all elements of strategy and the investment cycle.

Over the course of an 18+ career in consulting and as a private equity investor, he has built deep experience working globally in complex industries where information is scarce, and companies are responding to a number of challenges including: disruptive technological advancements; growing demand for environmental sustainability; consolidating and professionalizing competitive landscapes; and growing supply chain and logistical challenges.

His work has covered a range of B2B Industries, with a particular focus on companies in the infrastructure & construction, business services, industrial services, food manufacturing, waste and facilities management spaces.

In addition to his work for OC&C’s corporate clients, Carl also leads the Firm’s pro-bono efforts in North America. He serves on the board of EL Education, a national education nonprofit.

Carl is based in our New York office, but has previously lived and worked across the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia.
