What was your background prior to joining OC&C?

I studied English Literature & German before joining OC&C London almost immediately after university. After working one year in the London office, I moved to Munich to help set up the office here & have stayed ever since!

What’s your favourite OC&C experience?

My favourite OC&C experience was the first final project meeting I attended. I was two months in the job and in the room with the senior management of a major UK business, and saw first-hand how much they valued our insight. The meeting basically verified my reasons for joining OC&C.

What do you like to get up to in your free time outside of the office?

I run (not very fast, but quite often) and I like to swim to relax. Otherwise I tend to spend my weekends meeting friends over ice cream / coffee & cake / dinner.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Never be afraid to try something different out for a while – there are fairly few decisions that are irreversible, and I think our careers will be long enough to allow for a few years of doing something more experimental or where you are not quite sure it’s the right path.
