Estamos muito satisfeitos por ter construído uma parceria premiada com o Just Like Us - uma instituição de caridade que permite que jovens LGBT+ voltem às escolas para executar eventos e compartilhar testemunhos pessoais de suas experiências. Esta é uma oportunidade vital para aumentar a conscientização sobre as questões LGBT e enfrentar a homofobia, a bifobia e a transfobia nas escolas. Nossa rede LGBT, recentemente fundada, torna a ADVISIA OC&C como um lugar que atrai, suporta e respeita os profissionais LGBT. Incorporando funcionários e aliados LGBT (auto-identificados), o grupo organiza eventos globais de redes durante a nosso International Training Week e fala de LGBT proeminentes a seguir e estabelece um sistema de mentores para fornecer aconselhamento e apoio para aqueles que os procuram. De uma perspectiva social, a rede organiza um evento mensal para os membros, dando aos funcionários a oportunidade de se encontrarem fora do escritório em um ambiente mais informal, bem como organizar eventos em rede com grupos de outras consultorias.
