We’re pleased to congratulate the Arqia & wider Wireless Logic team on its agreement to acquire Algar’s IoT business – making the Group a leader in Brazil and wider LatAm. OC&C provided buy-side commercial due diligence to Arqia & Wireless Logic Group.

This builds on OC&C’s wider IoT platform strategy & commercial expertise, including support to the Group on its initial acquisition of Arqia; OC&C also supported the Group’s expansion into the US via its recent SIMETRY IoT turnkey solutions provider, extending the Group’s global leadership positioning.
