AGQ Labs is a global leader in testing and analysis services, operating a platform with 22 laboratories across more than 30 countries. Headquartered in Seville, Spain, the company serves customers in agriculture, food & feed, environmental services, life sciences, and mining & metallurgy. AGQ’s mission-critical services help clients ensure safety, compliance, and quality in increasingly complex and regulated markets.

The deal sees Fremman Capital acquire Portobello Capital’s stake in AGQ and partner with the founders to support the business in its next phase of growth, including expanding the global footprint, broadening the technical capabilities and continuing to pursue strategic acquisitions.
