OC&C congratulates Omlet on recent sale process

We are pleased to congratulate Omlet on completing the recent transaction to secure investment from Piper Private Equity. OC&C provided sell-side support to Omlet during this process.

Omlet is an innovative pet accessories business that designs and sells a range of chicken coops and products, to make chicken keeping fun and easy. Omlet was started in 2004 and has sold more than 125,000 of its premium Eglu plastic chicken coops to customers, expanding its range to include memory foam dog beds, rabbit tunnels, other small animal accessories and various Christmas products for pets. The business will use this investment from Piper to increase international online sales with £40m of revenues expected this year. The business is likely to benefit from market tailwinds in the pet sector over the next couple of years.
