Grafton sells Plumbase

We congratulate Grafton on the successful sale of Plumbase to Plumbing and Heating Investments Limited.
  
Plumbase is a leading UK specialist plumbing and heating merchant with a c100-year heritage. It operates 158 branches across the UK serving more than 25,000 customers, with particular strength in SMEs and sole tradesmen. The business generates revenues of £258m and EBITDA c£6m, with profitability increasing year-on-year.  As part of PHIL, it will be the largest independent player in its market and the third largest specialist in the UK.
