OC&C supported Waterland and Combell management with commercial vendor due diligence to support the sale process.

Inflexion acquires UKFast
OC&C Strategy Consultants congratulates Inflexion on their successful investment in UKFast. Inflexion have acquired 30% of UKFast, with a total EV of £405m.
UKFast is a leading provider of hosting services & data centres to UK-based SMEs. The company has seen phenomenal success over the past year with the launch of ClearCloud enhancing its product to existing customers and addressing new customer segments to enable future growth. Inflexion’s successful bid followed widespread anticipation of IPO, with management citing expertise within the fund as a valuable ingredient to future growth.
