We are pleased to congratulate Ekkio Capital on the successful sale of their portfolio company Ivalis. Ivalis is a leading Retail Inspection provider, providing inventory and retail services across Europe and Brazil, and has been acquired by RGIS, the global market leader in inventory and data collection. The acquisition will allow both companies greater global reach and an enhanced technological proposition to offer to their shared client base.
