OC&C advises Wise Equity on their majority stake in OneTag

We are pleased to congratulate Wise Equity on their investment in OneTag. The acquisition of 55% of the capital makes Wise Equity and co-investors the majority stakeholders in the company. The founding partners of OneTag will continue to be actively involved in the management and growth of the company by retaining 45% of the capital.

Founded in 2015, OneTag is a technology company that is building and scaling the future of programmatic advertising technology (adtech) – a channel for the sale and purchase of digital spaces online.

With offices in Italy, UK and the United States, OneTag closed 2021 with a turnover of around 18 million euros and aims to close 2022 with revenues that have more than quadrupled since then with publishers present in more than 200 countries.
