We are pleased to congratulate Crystal Russell, Nick Capell and the QIC Global Private Capital team on their investment via the Qld Business Investment Fund into ModnPods, a Gold Coast based modular home builder. ModnPods holds a distinctive position in the fast growing modular construction industry, differentiating through design, sustainability and utilising high levels of Australian manufacturing content.

The Australian practice of OC&C Strategy Consultants acted as the commercial due diligence provider in relation to the transaction, led by Jeremy Barker and including Adam Qaiser CFA and Oliver Jones.
