OC&C are pleased to congratulate Wise Equity on their recent sale of a majority stake in Vittoria Group to Telemos Capital. OC&C provided sell-side support to Wise Equity and during this process.

Vittoria Group manufactures tyres, tubulars, inner tubes and other related accessories for bicycles. They produce over 7 million tyres a year and are one of the largest players in the sector.
