Ferner leitet er branchenübergreifend OC&Cs inhaltliche Arbeit zu Mitarbeitereffizienz und Kundenservicestrategien. Darüber hinaus unterstützt er eine ausgewählte Gruppe an Private-Equity-Klienten während einer Transaktion und insbesondere bei der Wertgenerierung nach einer Akquisition.
