Bennet Leiter der B2B Services-Practice von OC&C. Er arbeitet zusammen mit führenden Unternehmen und Investoren der weltweiten B2B-Branchen, einschließlich Ingenieurswesen und Compliance, Automobildiensleistungen, Bauwesen & Infrastruktur, Facility Management, Outsourcing von Geschäftsprozessen (in Produktion und Administration) sowie Dienstleistungen. Bennet führt auch die wachsende Präsenz von OC&C im Bereich der Prüf- und Zertifizierungsdienstleistungen an.
Strategien in konkrete Handlungen umzusetzen, ist für Bennet sehr wichtig. Außerdem arbeitet er sehr eng mit Kunden an Performance-Steigerungen zusammen und bringt dabei seine Expertise in Belegschaftsoptimierung (sowohl Tele-Mitarbeiter, mobile Mitarbeiter als auch Präsenzbelegschaft), Verkaufspersonal-Exzellenz, Pricing und Proposition-Design sowie in der Umgestaltung von Betriebsmodellen mit ein.
Jede OC&C-Empfehlung basiert auf dem Kunden, speziell auch innerhalb der B2B-Dienstleistungen. Bennet hat besondere Freude daran, auch den latenten Wert der oftmals vergessenen kleinen Kunden zu berücksichtigen (das "B2SME"-Segment).
Er arbeitet sowohl mit Unternehmen als auch Investoren zusammen, die er während des gesamten Lebenszyklus unterstützt, u.a. bei DDs von Käuferseite, bei mehrjährigen Transformationsprogrammen und bei mehreren erfolgreichen Ausstiegen einschließlich größerer Börsengänge.
