Our new partners

Jan will lead the Leisure and Hospitality practice across the entire DACH region, while continuing to serve European clients across Retail, Digital and a broader set of consumer-facing industries on growth strategies.
Jean-Baptiste Brachet – Partner, OC&C, Paris
In his new position, Jean-Baptiste will be responsible for continuing to grow the Paris office and supporting the growth of the OC&C network globally, covering both corporate and private equity in both cases.
He primarily specialises in Food and Drink, Beauty and Nutrition but will also continue to contribute to the Retail and Leisure and B2B sectors, helping clients with their growth strategies, competitive differentiations and value chain optimisations.
Ye Chen – Partner, OC&C, New York
Ye will be focused on accelerating OC&C’s US TMT practice and serving clients on growth strategy, proposition design, due diligence, and value creation projects. His primary sectors will be Media and Entertainment, Consumer Internet, and Marketing Technology. Ye’s existing clients are spread across blue-chip global corporates, fast-growing “digital native” businesses, and leading private equity investors at the intersection of media and technology in the US, Europe, and APAC.
