Vivek Madan

Senior Leadership

Vivek focuses on B2B Services clients, working with them to address fundamental strategy and change questions: What markets should we be in? What propositions should we offer? How do we win? How do we build our capabilities to best-in-breed?

Many of his clients are particularly interested in how to move from ‘basic service offers' to ‘solutions', where ‘manpower meets intelligence and technology'. Vivek is highly experienced in leading some of OC&C's largest, global projects and has worked in both our London and New York offices. He also supports our key private equity clients across the investment life-cycle from prospect identification, commercial due diligence, post-acquisition value capture to exit strategy.
