Veronica has over 9 years strategy consulting experience in Greater China and across Asia, focusing on consumer and retail sectors, with a particular passion for beauty, apparel and luxury.

Working collaboratively with both multi-national as well as domestic clients, Veronica has helped different companies along the value chain develop strategies to grow their business in Asia Pacific, especially Greater China. She has considerable experience across all parts of corporate strategy including customer proposition development, assortment / range optimisation, price and promotion, online / offline expansion, business model re-design, etc.
