Senior Leadership

Claire specialises in consumer goods, working with our clients across a range of both categories and markets, with a particular focus on multinational strategy and business model evolution.

She has experience across several consumer goods spaces (including food & drink, personal care, beauty, and wellness). She works with a variety of clients ranging from leading multinationals to emerging disruptors, supporting both corporate and private equity clients.

Her area of expertise is in the development of multinational strategy and she has significant experience internationally (including across Europe, the US and China). This has involved supporting clients in all stages of strategic development, from the identification of opportunity through to practical refinements of the underpinning operating model.

Claire is particularly interested in how ‘good’ route to market strategy is evolving to reflect new business models, and has developed expertise in models such as D2C, P2P and digital forms of B2B.
