Teun advises corporate clients and investors across the consumer and retail value chain, and heads the Food & Agriculture Practice in the Benelux
Teun has over 15 years of strategy consulting experience, working with Benelux based and international clients to address te business critical topics they face. Additionally, he has extensive expertise in working with Private Equity throughout their entire investment cycles, from opportunity scouting to improvement and ultimately divestment.
Most of his work focuses on commercial and other front end topics, including proposition (re)design, channel strategies, and organic and acquisitive growth planning. Themes that continue to surface include the changing consumer journey and preferences, and new business models emerging in our increasingly digital world.
