OC&C advises Applus+ on its acquisition of Reliable Analysis

We are pleased to congratulate Applus+ on their acquisition of Reliable Analysis. Applus+ is one of the global leaders in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) and has acquired Reliable Analysis from the founding family for c.€67 million.

Reliable Analysis is a laboratory-based materials, component, electrical and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing company with a strong presence in China and the United States. Reliable Analysis will become part of the Applus+ Laboratories division, significantly increasing its scope as service provider for the electric vehicle industry providing access to China, the largest electric vehicle market in the world.

Applus+ is headquartered in Spain, operates in more than 70 countries and employs over 23,000 people. It is a global leader in the testing, inspection and certification sector, providing solutions for customers including aerospace, automotive, electronics, information technology and construction.
