OC&C advises Cronos Capital Partners on the acquisition of Lombardo

We are pleased to congratulate Cronos Capital Partners on their recent majority stake acquisition in Lombardo, through the investment vehicle Tungsten.

Lombardo is a leading manufacturer of residential lighting products, primarily focused on outdoor lighting.

Founded in Bergamo in 1968, Lombardo manufacture and distribute residential lighting products. Lombardo operates with multiple large specialist retailers, their main distributors. The business is experiencing strong year on year growth, which is reflective of their strong specialist knowledge and global excellence.

Cronos Capital Partners aim to support Lombardo’s development over the next few years, creating an investment platform in the lighting sector, which is currently very fragmented. Lombardo will also aim to broaden its product offering and internalise key production processes.
