We are pleased to congratulate Peugeot Frѐres Industrie on their majority stake acquisition of Julbo.

Peugeot Frères Industrie’s role is to develop the Peugeot brand beyond the automotive industry and in to various sectors, expanding a collection of ingenious and high standard products that facilitate every day life.

Julbo is a French specialist in eyewear and vision solutions for outdoor sports, combining technicality and style. The business was founded in 1888 by Jules Baud with a heritage in glass manufacturing for crystal producers, before eventually moving into fashion eywear in the sporting goods sector. Today, Julbo offers a full range of glasses and outdoor sports accessories (helmets, ski goggles) for outdoor sports (mountaineering, skiing, cycling, boating) as well as prescription glasses. Julbo has more than 200 employees and generates more than half of its turnover from exports. Peugeot Frѐres Industrie are well placed to support the internationalization of distribution and accelerate product innovation and design.
