What was your background prior to joining OC&C?

I’ve always been a consultant. After business school, I joined Monitor Group in 1997 and then worked for Bain and Company and BCG before starting a consulting company in Turkey which eventually joined OC&C at the end of 2013.

What’s your favourite OC&C experience?

I have two.  1) The US away weekend party – playing pool with James George and David Krucik, and them not very gracefully losing to Tristan and Turkmen, while on the balcony of the bar a group of 20 OC&Cers were singing their favorite pop songs. 2) having worked for Marco Costaguta 20 years ago as a consultant and now seeing him at partner meetings as a fellow partner

What do you like to get up to in your free time outside of the office?

As I am growing older and more sentimental, I cherish time with family more and more.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Invest in building relationships.
