OC&C supports IDS as they sign agreement to acquire White Clarke Group

We are pleased to congratulate IDS on their recent announcement to acquire White Clarke Group. IDS, owned by Thoma Bravo, will join forces with White Clarke group to create a secured finance technology service more than 300 business customers across North America, Europe and APAC. 

IDS and White Clarke Group together provide a comprehensive portfolio of products across multiple market segments including Automotive Finance across Retail, Fleet, and Wholesale, Equipment / Asset Finance offering an end-to-end platform for leasing and loan origination, and Working Capital providing Asset-based lending and Factoring. The new combined business will benefit from strong underlying customer and technology trends, with rise in subscription, digitization and AI likely to provide strong market tailwinds. The business will act as a global technology vendor able to deliver innovation in secured finance at scale.
