The Colombini Group was founded in 1965 and is a leading Italian furniture producer with brands including Rossana, Febal Casa, Colombini Casa, and Offic’è. The business specialises in the design and construction of turnkey solutions in the residential, hotel and commercial sectors, and employs 1,000 employees operating across 170 stores across the world. Bontempi House operates the brands Bontempi Casa and Ingenia, offering premium tailored furniture design. The acquisition will support international growth and build an enhanced footprint across the premium design space.
