OC&C advises Tom & Co on their recent sale process

We are pleased to congratulate Tom & Co on completing the recent transaction to secure investment from Verlinvest. OC&C provided sell-side support to Tom & Co during this process.

Tom & Co is a pet shop chain across Belgium and France. The company specializes in food, accessories and supplies for pets. They have achieved record results over the last couple of years, their turnover grew by 15% in 2020 and by 10% in 2021 generating revenue that now amounts to €264 millions.

The retailer has 180 stores: 129 in Belgium, 2 in Luxembourg and 49 in France. Following Verlinvest’s recent investment, Tom & Co plan to focus on their growth and development, expanding into the rest of Europe.
