OC&C advises White Bridge Investments II on recent acquisition of wine producer Tenuta Ulisse

We are pleased to congratulate White Bridge Investments II on their majority stake investment in Tenuta Ulisse, an innovative winemaker from Abruzzo.

Based in Crecchio (Chieti), Tenuta Ulisse was founded in 2006 by the Ulisse family and over the years has become one of Abruzzo’s premier winemaking estates. Now ran by brothers, Antonio and Luigi Ulisse, the winery puts a contemporary spin on indigenous grapes and thanks to their premium products with distinctive packaging the wine has been featured on the Horeca channel in Italy and internationally.

With this investment, White Bridge Investments II will strengthen their path to internationalisation, which has currently lead the company to generate about 60% of it’s turnover abroad. Therefore reinforcing their presence on the national market for becoming a reference player for high-end wines.
