The listing on the Stock Exchange takes place following the execution of an operation promoted by Electa Ventures, the Italian pioneer of SPAC and Pre-booking Company, and shared with IPO CLUB (closed-end fund of the Azimut Group) and KAIS Renaissance ELTIF (ELTIF fund managed Kairos Partners SGR) as co-cornerstone investors.
