OC&C Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

OC&C strongly condemns modern slavery, unlawful child labour and human trafficking. We are committed to the highest moral and ethical standards within our business.

OC&C is a leading global strategy consulting firm which provides advice on the most complex issues facing today's leading private and public sector organisations. OC&C operates in nine offices in Europe, the Americas and Asia.

Given the nature of our business, our supply chain is not hugely complex.  We rely on well-established service providers such as advisory services, insurers, lawyers and benefits providers.  Other suppliers relate to the functioning of the office environment which includes housekeeping staff, and the supply of kitchen equipment and basic office supplies.  In accordance with this Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 we are confident that the risks within our supply chain are sufficiently low.

In the event that we do identify that there is a risk of human trafficking or modern slavery in our supply chain we are prepared to take necessary steps, and should any suppliers fail to comply then we would not hesitate to find an alternative option.

Internally OC&C is guided by a commitment of care towards our workforce, our clients, and the impact of decisions we advise upon. Internally our International Code of Conduct and working practices reflect the necessity to care for our people, and to promote health and wellbeing above all else.  Our members of staff are trained

This statement is in relation to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is in respect of the financial year ending in 30 April 2021.
