Katy is an experienced consultant to the leisure industry, working with multi-site operators across the leisure space, particularly in F&B, hotel & accommodation, cruise and activity & attractions. She loves working with businesses that understand the importance of experience and fun, and enjoys supporting clients to evolve and better their proposition.

Furthermore, she has a particular interest in supporting clients to optimise their commercial operations, with a particular depth of expertise in consumer pricing, revenue management and distribution. She enjoys bringing together deep prior experience, existing and proprietary capabilities and tools, robust analytical thinking and agile approaches to improve the short and long-term commercial success of leisure operators.
