We're excited to announce four new partners.
Bob Chermin, Katy Fiander, Olivia May and Oleg Tschernizki will be focused on applying their sector expertise to drive growth in key markets and continue their track record of excellence at OC&C. They will work across a number of key sectors including Consumer Goods, Leisure, Retail and Technology.

The four new partners are:
Bob Chermin – Partner, OC&C, Rotterdam
Bob has been a vital part of the OC&C Consumer Goods and Retail sector teams in Rotterdam, having first joined the firm in 2014 and brings a wealth of experience in the Home sub-sector. He is an exemplary leader and has developed and strengthened client relationships and opportunities for the firm and played a key role in the reintegration of the Rotterdam office.
Katy Fiander – Partner, OC&C, London
Katy has been integral to the firm over her 11-year tenure. She has particularly made her mark in the Leisure practice, providing measurable impact for clients, and expanding the scope of the sector team. She brings a highly effective analytical approach and has used this to great effect to build expertise in commercial optimisation and deliver tangible performance improvement in clients’ businesses.
Olivia May – Partner, OC&C, London
With over 10 years at OC&C, Olivia has proven to be a model team leader and shown her value to the wider development of the firm. Her contributions to the Apparel sub-sector have been pivotal in the growth of the firm globally in this area. She has proven to be an accomplished strategic problem solver and has helped grow OC&C’s presence with corporate clients and private equity investors in an increasingly active space.
Oleg Tschernizki – Partner, OC&C, Rotterdam
Joining as an Associate Consultant 11 years ago, Oleg’s ability to stay agile and unlock value across a whole range of complex business models has seen him become indispensable to clients and the firm alike, building real momentum within the Tech sector. He has built strong relationships across a broad range of clients and alongside Bob Chermin was essential to the reintegration of the Rotterdam office.
