Marco started his consulting career at McKinsey and later moved on to become one of the founders of the Italian branch of Bain & Co, where he built up the FMCG divisions in Italy and Europe and the company’s activities in Turkey and Israel. An expert in retail and the reorganisation of sales networks, he is a director of a number of leading industrial companies.
