Joanne, Associate Consultant

What was your background prior to joining OC&C?

I completed my undergraduate degree in Global Business and Economics at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. I also did a one semester exchange in Copenhagen Business School. I was a summer intern PwC Consulting in my penultimate year of university.

What’s your favorite OC&C experience?

We went to Chicago for International Training Week 2018. The organising committee arranged a lot of nice activities for us like a cruise trip and a cocktail night by the beach! It was a good way to get to know colleagues from other offices and share about our OC&C life.

What do you like to get up to in your free time outside the office?

Trying out new dishes – my friends and I look for some new restaurants/cafes at weekends!

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Always reach out for help when you have questions – there’s always someone who knows how to solve the problems in a better/quicker way and they are happy to offer a helping hand.
