What was your background prior to joining OC&C?

Prior to joining OC&C, I worked as consultant in the healthcare industry. I obtained my Masters degree from The University of Edinburgh and my Bachelor from Zhejiang University with a major in Psychology.

What’s your favorite OC&C experience?

OC&C provides attractive international experience where we have annual training with the global office and we often collaborate with other offices in our daily projects. As a firm we emphasise a work-life balance, so we have more flexibility to explore our interests and enjoy a social life outside of business hours.

What do you like to get up to in your free time outside the office?

I like to catch up with my friends and do outdoor activities during weekends.

The interview process is fun and practical, so just get prepared and relax, and then enjoy it!
