OC&C congratulates Interoute on the completion of the sale of the business to GTT Communications, Inc in a $2.3bn deal.
Interoute is a leading European provider of networking, connectivity and cloud infrastructure services, owning and operating one of the most extensive networks in Europe and spanning 72,000 km of fibre, 17 data centres and 51 colocation facilities. Interoute serves a large base of marquee multi-national clients and a wide set of operators with wholesale services and is a leader in the emerging software-defined wide area networking (“SD-WAN”).
