Chris leads our Communications & Technology practice globally, focusing on strategic positioning, M&A, growth and performance topics.

He predominately works across cloud IT/hosting, comms infrastructure and services, software, next-gen IT services/digital transformation, cyber, and the Internet of Things domains.

Chris brings 22+ years’ experience working at the confluence of strategy, finance and technology  – advising corporate clients (established and challengers), growth and private equity investors, infrastructure funds, and debt providers.

He has led over 250+ growth strategy, M&A/transaction support (market/ commercial diligence, synergy case development, portfolio restructuring), and value creation assignments across EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
