Civica acquires healthcare software provider InfoFlex

We are pleased to congratulate Partners Group-backed Civica on their recent acquisition of InfoFlex. OC&C provided buy-side support to Civica during the acquisition process.

Civica provides cloud software applications to the public sector and firms serving the public sector. InfoFlex is a managed healthcare-focused patient pathway management software provider. This strategic acquisition will provide Civica with greater access to the healthcare sector as well as an expanded and enhanced capability set.
