Farmol is a leading European contract manufacturer of aerosol and liquid products across the Beauty & Personal Care, Home Care and Pharma sectors. Since Portobello Capital’s investment in 2021, the business has experienced strong growth and today employs approximately 1,000 people across six production sites in Italy, Hungary, Slovakia and Tunisia.

Dalli Group is a seventh-generation, family-owned business with over 180 years of experience developing and manufacturing laundry, cleaning and personal care products. The acquisition brings together two complementary businesses, expanding production capabilities, strengthening contract manufacturing expertise and broadening the combined offering for customers across Europe.
