OC&C advises Sofina on its investment in Creature Comforts

We are delighted to congratulate Sofina on its investment in Creature Comforts, a rapidly growing and disruptive veterinary care provider. OC&C supported Sofina through buy-side commercial due diligence as part of this transaction.

Founded in 2022, Creature Comforts is reimagining the veterinary care experience for pet parents through transparent pricing, a subscription-based membership model and comfortable, calming clinics for pets and their parents. Its client experience and operating model are supported by a seamless digital experience which includes app-based bookings and 7-days-a-week vet chat

Sofina is a global investment company focused on supporting high-growth businesses and exceptional entrepreneurs. As the business continues to expand its clinic network and technology platform, the investment will support its next phase of growth.

Our team worked closely with Sofina to assess the attractiveness of the market, the strength of Creature Comforts’ proposition and its long-term growth potential, drawing on our extensive knowledge of the evolving pet care landscape and our experience supporting growth-oriented investments across the value chain.

The transaction combines OC&C’s deep expertise across the both the pet ecosystem and consumer services.
