Upfield acquires Arivia

We congratulate Arivia on the successful sale of Violife to Upfield.

Upfield, a KKR-owned portfolio company based in Amsterdam, manufactures plant-based spreads. They have acquired Greece-based Arivia, which produces vegan cheese and other alternative dairy products under the Violife brand.

The acquisition enables both product and regional diversification for both companies in a high-growth category.
