OC&C advise QCapital on investment in the pet sector

We’re pleased to congratulate QCapital on their recent investment in Ciam. An Italian company which specialises in distributing Animal Care products and medicines. Distribution takes place across retail networks, traditional channels, and veterinary clinics.

Ciam focuses on the healthcare segment (drugs, para pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals) through a wide range of SKUs and an internal research & development centre. In recent years the company has also entered the premium pet food segment by acquiring two complementary companies: Chemi-vit, specialized in the production of feed and supplements for rodents and birds, and Petreet, a premium pet food brand for cats.
