We’re pleased to congratulate Bravo Capital on acquiring Sipral Padana.

Sipral is food ingredients business based in Crema, Italy, who specialise in pastry and bread making, with an extensive portfolio of margarines, chocolates and flours. Sipral serves many of the leading industrial, artisanal and Italian GDO operators. Bravo Capital will look to support Sipral’s ambitious growth plans organically and through acquiring other industrial businesses which will support the project.
