OC&C advises Contabo on their recent sales process

We are pleased to congratulate Contabo and their management team on their recent agreement to sell a majority stake to KKR, with existing investors Oakley Capital retaining a minority stake in the business.

During the sales process OC&C provided Commercial Vendor Due Diligence support to Contabo and its shareholders.

Contabo is a cloud hosting platform offering user friendly and cost-effective cloud services used by SMEs, entrepreneurs and developers. They have shown strong revenue and resilient growth, and have become a leading cloud host provider with multiple data centres across four continents with more than 250,000 customers. The partnership with KKR will support the next stage of their growth plan.
